Hitman 2 Silent Assassin

Hitman 2: Silent Assassin is a third-person action video game developed by the company IO Interactive and published by Eidos Interactive in 2002. It is the second game in the Hitman saga. It was released in 2002 and its successor was Hitman: Contracts in 2004.

After knowing his dark past and his artificial conception at the end of Hitman: Codename 47, 47 takes refuge in a monastery in Sicily. Trying to leave behind his cruel past begins a new life as a church gardener.

Unfortunately. 47 has to withdraw from his "examination of conscience", when his host and friend, Father Francis Vittorio, is kidnapped by the Mafia. Desperate to find his friend, 47 contacts the agency that used to use him, asking for help. They use spy satellites to track Vittorio to the fortified mansion of university professor Giuseppe Giulliani. Then, 47 infiltrates the mansion in an attempt to rescue Vittorio, killing Giulliani in the process. However, Agent 47, encounters a surprise, Vittorio has been kidnapped by other people and, to resolve the abduction of the father, only has a single clue: that the kidnappers are "four bearded guys in uniform looking like Russians" .

The Agency requests a job in return. 47 again realizes murders for the money, at the beginning to finance the search for Father Vittorio, but finally only because he has returned to his old habits. The places visited include Sicily, St. Petersburg, India, Japan, the Petronas Towers and Nuristan.
